The Hunger Game

Counting on to Day 7 of the program. 
Not sure if the beginning of the program is to lose weight first or not, but I constantly starving. 
I noticed that the workouts given was not as easy as it looks, and the number of sets hit me hard. 
Usually when I do it myself, I will stop it when it hit 3 sets. 
Here comes the time that I should follow the instructions and make sure I bite my tongue and finish it. 
So yea, I burnt more calories than usual. 

Something new to learn here, workouts should not be more than 3 days continuously. 
Basically 3 hardcore days are the maximum. 
Well, now only I get why people would plan their workouts and meal prep on that particular day. 
God knows we need proper rest to gain properly, so the rest day will be just nice. 

I kinda cheated on my cardio yesterday. 
I think I was suppose to keep it low and slow. 
But I love outdoor so much and I just can't slow myself, but to keep going. 

There and then, I regret what I did. 
Maybe I was over burning during my cardio workouts, I was starving since last night (and I am hungry now again!) 
I even had bad dreams and very poor sleep last night.
Oh damn! Now I know what's the consequences like. 
I do feels like I need to eat more, but I have to follow the plan!
Dilemma! 
Anyway, if the beginning of the program is to shred some fats, then it could be useful. 

I gotta hang in here for awhile, let's see how would the 1st stage result be! 
Keep going! Keep moving!
